Otogi is your average arrogant 15 year old. He even owns his own toy store. He is pretty concieted in himself and his newly invented game, which "only he knows how to play". It is known as dugeon dice monsters.
He is a total show off and gets the girls' attention from his looks and talent with die, which really ticks Jounouchi off.
He wanted to sell his game to his American idol Pegasus, but before he could his idol was murdered, by who he believes is Yugi after losing his match with the King of Games. Otogi soon finds out that Yugi really isn't a bad guy, but no one truely knows that everyone's favorite bise, Bakura was the real murderer.
He has quite a sick sense of humor for when Jounouchi lost the duel to him, he forced him to wear a dog suit and be his slave for a week. Not to mention, he has his henchmen cheerleader torment Jounouchi and poor Jounouchi has been afraid of die ever since.
He disappears and repears mysteriously, but just in time to say Shiska and Honda from a band of rare hunters. Otogi soon begins to find a liking torwards Shiska and gains a friendship with Jounouchi, but still dislikes Honda in his constant rivalry for Shiska.
He doesn't have too bad of dueling skills for he didn't do to bad against his duel with the bid five. He never stops using the dice. Otogi even has dice duel monster cards. Ugh... weird.

Cheap, dirty, thick beetle glasses, gentlemens hair, girly voice and laughs hei-hei-hei, put them all together and what do you get? No other than Insector Haga. A winner of the national tournament againest Dinosaur Ryuzaki. Haga happens to be very concieted with his "dueling talents".
Insector Haga is a fiend to Yugi and the rest of the cast. He can only come close to beating them with his dirty tricks like throwing Exoida overborad, spraying opponents with bug spray and hiring a child to steal Jounochi's duel disk and place a leech card with in it so he could use Jounouchi in his stradgey of dimise.
He doesn't preceed any furthur in either tournament and ges harrassed by the "gang" for it. Haga plays a little part in the Yu-Gi-Oh Saga. Don't get me wrong, Haga is a great character, he's enjoyable to watch and tease, along with hate. Doesn't anyone find it odd that the most of the bets duelests are two feet tall.
